Happy days, everyone!!
The first 100 shipments are headed out the door today!! Space Penguin is planning on making significant progress in the coming days!! All orders should be out within the next 14 days!

You will receive an email from EasyShip / Space Penguin when your order ships.
Friendly International Reminder to please use your tracking to stay in contact with your local customs/postal service. We want to avoid any situation where packages are sent back to save both you and us the cost of resending packages.
Overall a big Hell Yes!! We're excited for you to receive Outsourced and everything else coming out. We're ecstatic about the production and how the book turned out and can't wait to hear what you think.

The books are at Space Penguin Ink!! We're stoked that the books are safe after some hellish international shipping this go around.

Receiving your packages. Please keep an eye out for Kickstarter Updates and emails regarding your shipment. Because of losing our UK fulfillment partner, all shipments will be made through Space Penguin Ink, here in the United States. Kickstarter Updates will be made as I hear shipments are sent and will help you know when to expect shipments.

Some countries charge VAT or customs in order to receive your package. Knowing when your package arrives will help you know when to expect notice that VAT is owed in order to receive your package. Please be aware of how your individual country handles receiving international packages to avoid any possibility of returns.
Sorry for the repeated messaging, but it is very common for packages to go unreceived because of lack customs payment or communication from customs.
If you do not hear anything from us in 2-3 Weeks, please reach out directly. We will be able to communicate to you if packages have left and give you a better opportunity to communicate with your local postal service.
Digital Rewards Are Delivered
The email was sent to you from DriveThruRPG and it was sent to the same email you use with Kickstarter. Feel free to ping me with a message if you are missing anything!
Some backers who did not add any add-ons during the survey will not have a duplicate email from DriveThruRPG, but instead will have all of their downloads available from the original digital fulfillment earlier in the year.

Hello, everybody!
This is a friendly reminder to double and triple check your address today or tomorrow. Outsourced orders are locked and cards are charged, but there is still time to change your address.
After I send this update I will use the Lock Addresses with 2 Day Notice function in Backerkit so everyone is also emailed with this notice.

Books are in the States, everybody!!
We are expecting Space Penguin Ink to receive the books next week and processing and shipments starting within a few weeks of SPI receiving them.
The most important thing to communicate now is to remind you to check your order in Backerkit to make sure:
- 1) Your address is current and
- 2) Your payment information is current
The only way to change this information is to log into Backerkit. If you have any trouble with the pledge manager, please email [email protected] and they will be able to help you make any edits you need.
IMPORTANT DATES

Thursday, April 11th: Final Notice for Locking Orders through Backerkit. You will receive an email from Backerkit notifying you that your order will be locked on Saturday April 13th. There will be a link in the email that directs you to verify or change your information. If you do not click through, your information will be used as is.

Saturday, April 13th: Orders will be Locked and Cards will be charged for all Locked Orders, including the cost of shipping and any add-ons purchased through Backerkit.

I'm stoked to get Outsourced and the other zines/books over to all of you. We hate running into production and shipping delays, but are glad we are coming to a close now. I'm also excited that delivery will align closely with the Mothership 1E Box Set so you can play right away.

Feb. Fulfillment Update.

Hi, Everybody!!
I hope you all are doing well. I have good news and delay news today.
We'll lead with the good news though. The advance copies of Outsourced arrived at my house last week...and the book is incredible!! I'm ecstatic about the quality of it. I knew it would be fantastic printing with Livonia and having already printed Constant Downpour Remastered with them, but Outsourced, as a much more colorful book, is radiant!
Pictures are below the rest of the announcement, including the 4" patches which I'm also ecstatic about too!
The bad news is that February was a very frustrating month for getting the bulk of Outsourced shipped. Unfortunately, due to having our reps changed and some miscommunication at the printers through the process our order did not have shipping assigned ahead of time. We lost a few weeks waiting on the order to be picked up by DSV.
The order was picked up last Monday, Feb 19th, but the expected delivery to the United States is April 01, 2024. There will be about 2-3 weeks of additional time between the shipment getting to Space Penguin Ink and for Space Penguin to get all the packages out. So late April is our new current delivery date.
I'm sorry for the delays. I hope any stress from it is eased by seeing the physical book and knowing that the books are on the ship already.
Backerkit Surveys
With the delay of receiving the book this means that we will wait awhile longer to charge Backerkit Surveys. Usually we try to wait until a few weeks out to lock addresses and take payments. This way it reduces the chance of anyone moving while waiting. WE will most likely charge cards around late March, but will give you a heads up here in the updates before we do so. We'll also use the BackerKit feature that gives you 2 days to change anything before orders are locked/charged.
